| Find Your Pace Yoga comes in various incarnations, however, it is a discipline that can be practiced by all. Through our practice, we learn to be mindful of our bodies - physical, mental and emotional. Using the focus on our breathing to turn attention inward, the mind can start to still the seemingly endless mental chatter and we can begin to find openess to all that surrounds us. Our movement on the mat helps to release stress and tension so that we can shed the layers that keep us from this physical, mental and emotional openess, clarity and peace.
