Join us for fun filled Saturday mornings, with special themed classes bringing the family together for a unique opportunity for healthy fun. These energetic classes incorporate individual and partner yoga poses, songs, storytelling and guided relaxation. Classes help to build strength, bone density, while maintaining flexibility and developing balance. Techniques for stilling and focusing the mind are also introduced. Great for ages 2 and up.

Naturopath Alina Daryab will be introducing the her new BHM Juice Project and sharing knowledge on the benefits of adding fruit and vegetable juices and nut milks to your and your families regular diet. We will warm up with a short harvest themed yoga class, followed by a demonstration and Q & A on juicing. Of course, samples will be served! FREE class, but registration is required.
